At Dekodix Apparels:

We partner with Printify, a print-on-demand service, to provide unique, custom-made products created specifically for each order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.

However, we value customer satisfaction and take full responsibility for any errors caused by manufacturing defects or damage. In such cases, we offer free reprints or refunds under the following conditions:

Issue Reporting Window: Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product by using the “Submit issue” form available on our website.

Proof of Issue: Please provide a clear photo showing the defect, damage, or error in manufacturing for verification purposes.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your Dekodix Apparels account balance. You can then withdraw the amount to transfer it back to the original payment method.

Note: If your payment currency is not in USD, refunds will be returned directly to the original payment source.

For issues involving multiple items using the same design, we may require an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items together in one frame for confirmation purposes.

 

Important Notes:

Dekodix Apparels will not be responsible for incorrect orders due to customers selecting the wrong size, color, or design.

For unsuccessful deliveries, customers can choose between a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund.

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a print placement tolerance of 0.5 inches is acceptable. Slight misalignments within this range will not be considered defects.
